Have a hard deadline of December 1 , so require a highly skilled, highly talented development firm/team of developers would be able to push the app out by then.

Budget is around $3,000.

I see the word "geosocial" in 3 out of 4 of your posts here over the last week or so, so I'm forced to assume that all of these threads are talking about the same position. Stop making multiple threads for the same thing. There will be sanctions if you make another one.

And here is some friendly advice: $3000 for 6 weeks = $500/wk = $100/day (working 5 days), less if you include the weekend. That's within range of my hourly rate, which is therefore considerably less than it would be for an entire day. You are not likely to find a SINGLE "highly skilled, highly talented" developer for that, much less so an entire team. Good luck with that.
