I need an app for my company that a lot of other companies can use.
to sum it up I need an app that can:
have a simple task manager with reminders, synchable
contact manager also synchable
a few forms with signatuer field that can be emailed
the ability to keep project notes, contracts, photos, videos in an area filed under the customer name like a database
the ability for my secretary to take lead info from the phone and email me the form to be completed in the field
mapping capability
a follow up tracker
a place to store information under user definable fields for field reference
a utility such as that in the free app "total" by a la mode where you can draw a scaled floorplan and generate a pdf
those are the basics I am pretty sure nothing like this exists already. I have a couple more things and specifics to be discussed
