Developer Needed - Only need to code 1 file, not whole project

I need you to create part of a program, not a whole project. I need you to create a UIViewController or UIView that has the ability to get photos from a specific Flickr account and display those photos in a photo gallery just like the iPhone photo app. Once the pictures are grabbed from the account, they must be displayed and once a picture is selected, it must be shown full screen just like the photo app.

I do not have a specific Flickr account that I want to hook the program up to yet, so just make it so I could supply the link and replace the need info in the code.

Please also include a lot of comments that explains what is occurring throughout the controller.
