An "interview" implies that you would spend the time asking developers about their qualifications in order to hire them. However, the body of your message makes it sound more like you're looking for free advise. You should be up-front with your intentions and desires.

We're not interviewing people for a job. We're doing Lean Development (based on the book Starting Lean) and are looking to speak to people to validate our business idea. For this business idea, our customers would be app developers. This is the reason for this post.
