Simple App Needed - Paying well

Hi guys, I am after someone who is up for helping me to create an App for iPhone which will be a quiz game where the user defines all of the questions and inputs the data themselves. So all I need is the basic framework and the user interface, the actual content will all be defined by the user and saved in folders that they name.

I am good with Photoshop and will do all of the graphic work myself but I need someone for the coding side. Already have an accountant and a Marketing girl - just need the last piece of the puzzle for a really good team.

You will be paid for developing it as well as being allocated a percentage of the profits.
