AR with Drawing | Any developers playing with this?

Hi, I'm researching AR ideas for a client pitch and need some information.

What I'm looking at is basically an activity where somebody makes a simple drawing on paper (house, car, stick figure, shapes) and that activates a response (game, interaction etc) in a virtual world. So basically drawing unlocks secrets.

I know that Paranormal Activity game has a feature like this- you draw a pentagram and it unlocks a spell. My questions are:

1. Do you know of any more apps that render this?
2. Are you or do you know someone who can or has made something like this?

Your help will be really appreciated. This will lead to a contract job if the idea flies with the client.
