iPhone app job (contract) - front and backend work

Looking to hire on a fixed payment basis. Name your price for the following.
You should already have experience developing iPhone apps, please PM your skills and examples of work done.

Has to be done in 3 weeks or less.
Details:
- General wireframes will be provided.
- iPhone app that features other iPhone apps with a PHP/MySQL backend
- Splash screen on startup for featured advertisers/etc (from backend), with a 5 second countdown to go into app.
- Similar interface to Apple's iBooks - shelves etc but instead of books it has app icons
- Shelves/page is skinnable from backend. If we have images to substitue for that day we can substitute the shelves/background with a skinned version.
- Clicking on an app icon leads to a detail page, with the icon, a link to the app in the store (Get button), original price, new price, description, and a scrollable image viewer. The images/content come from the backend and should be cached in app so subsequent loading is faster.

- The content should come from a backend using PHP 5.2+ and MySQL. The backend can schedule apps to be featured for each day in advance. The backend should also scrape the Apple store to find app and icon images and details.

facebook and twitter capabilities + push notifications option.
- All graphics will be provided to you, however you can have substitutions/temporary images to perform work when the real image is not available.
