Looking for a developer to quote on project
Hi we have been asked by a company to develop an app using an online database management system so we were looking for a developer to work on this (and a series of apps based on it).
Essentially the User would download the app and would be asked to enter a "serial number" or keyword(s). Based on what they typed they would be presented with a product and other stats that appear in the database. They have developed a web based version of this system (not officially launched) and they ideally want the iphone app to be able access the website's back end for the database. All the data and designs will be provided.
The project needs to be finished in December.
So based on what is I know a vague brief initially (more details are available soon for interested parties)
a) Are there issues with what I have asked for
b)a ball park figure and timeframe, as I said I know it's vague at the mo but just so we can get an idea of the cheapest to the most expensive options.
