How are you all doing?

I'm currently looking for a game developer for a concept I had in mind. I'm not familiar with coding or art but I will be funding and handling the marketing aspect of the game. I have some great strategies I would love to share with you. I am not looking for free work so you can leave me your quotes and I am willing to negotiate a profit sharing agreement.
