Looking for a developer for magazine/news app

I am looking for a developer who can set up a magazine/news app that runs off some sort of simple RSS or content management system. Basically we have a small arts and music magazine and would love to offer it in app format.

Ideally the user downloads the app once and then we can update the content monthly. It would mostly be images, text, and occasionally links to websites or Youtube/Vimeo videos. So the app needs to be connected to some sort of RSS or feed that we can easily update remotely.

I will provide layout and UI designs (very simple and clean) - the main thing would be getting the content laid out cleanly and nicely, and everything running smoothly.
