Developer needed for partner in Startup Company

I am looking for a developer who wants to partner up with me in building my new company that will be making a couple social networking apps and a couple games. I need someone who is familiar with the sdk and can also do 2d graphics for the games I have designed. I am building this entire company from scratch so someone who has already been with a start-up or has the experience but wants to work on their own terms please feel free to contact me. I know there are over 100k apps in the app store with the most recent count, but I really feel that the apps I want to make will still stand out. If you are interested in becoming my partner or just working for my company, the first project is a social networking application with a "gaming" feel to it. I want graphics and a beautiful user interface that will blow my customers away. I am also targeting a specific user group (gay men) so gay friendly is necessary for the first project. The games will be targeted at everyone. With the statistics I read, over 3 million iPhones were activated last quarter by AT&T not including the millions that are already on the market and the iPod touches. I really think that my company could take off and with my ideas (and hopefully yours) we could make a good living off of these projects.
