Freelance help needed - iPhone app distribution

I have had an app developed which is basically a native app that opens up a web page - this allows the web app to open the camera take an image and send it to a webserver -part of a workplace assessment on students.
It is an inhouse product and the developer's profile keeps expiring and our company licence means we apparently need to recompile everytime a new phone is introduced.

Can anyone help with this on a freelance basis -if it needs to go thru the Apple store we can also look at that
