Default can't change "Whats new in this Version" anymore?

I can't seem to edit the "What's New in this Version" field from iTunesConnect anymore. Do others see the same thing? I remember very clearly this used to be editable even if your app was Ready for Sale. I want to update it to warn some users running iOS4 about a bug, but I can't anymore.

It looks like you're right! I just tried it and was unable to edit that field. I know there was a time that was editable without requiring a new binary.

It bugs me that Apple changes things without providing a warning first – we should not have to discover these changes the hard way.

For me now it is still editable for all apps that I have sent updated versions and are "Ready for sale". Maybe it was a temporary issue?

There are now small "i" signs on icons in iTunes if you croll over and they open a little info window without going to the app's page.

Has nothing to do with the topic apparently, but they change things and maybe that caused some errors in the editing of the info...

I didn't try to edit my infos lately.
