iOS Dev Program - Named Applicant
Hi Folks,
Just wondering if anyone has experience of this. Purchased my Dev license on Thursday, paid via bank transfer from my joint account (which is an option on the Dutch Apple store) - got all receipts etc and received activation code on Friday. Tried to use code, didn't work so emailed support and got the "provide notarized ID" email.
Mailed support and queried as physical address on my Dev account was my old UK one (I amended it). Asked for refund if this would not resolve as it would be quicker to reorder using my credit card rather than get passport notarized etc.
Got reply totally ignoring the points I made in my query and stating that they could not refund or answer further as I was not the named applicant - despite my name being on all the documents, receipts, dev account etc. Have queried again and will call them tomorrow but just wondering if anyone has encountered this before ?
