Renew the Developer Account ?

My Acc will be expirated in next 30 days. I Clicked to the "Renew the Memeber ship" and it said: "Apple Online Store is not available in my country" and I had to fill the form and fax to Apple Developer Support.

I've done it 5 days before but nothing happen now !
would anyone can tell me what should I do ? Ask Apple... What email or number ?
