Do i need to change my account to business ?

Hi i recently registered as a LLC company, do i need to change my itunes connect account to business or can i continue as a single dev?

Better if you do. Lesser liabilities on you in case of an issue!

It's not an easy process. It could take up to a month and if you're missing the right papers, it's not going to happen. You'll need a llc formation doc and place of business certificate with address/phone with your state seal on it.

I gave up and used a regular individual account.
There no liability benefit really. Just copyright your app with LLC and attach your business bank account to your apple store. You should be covered.

I'm assuming most states will charge a fee to register an LLC cert?

Yes. You have to renew every year too. It's best if you go through a lawyer/law firm. The online llc sites make it easy.
