I'm creating an app that's going to be using a few of Flickr's Creative Commons images. I've always made sure to check mark for commercial purposes images. Usually under Attribution-NoDerivs 2.0 Generic (CC BY-ND 2.0) or something else which means I can use it for commercial reasons.
I just wanted to make sure. I'm safe right? Because the app is being sold. Rather stay on the legal side of things.
I assume its cool I used a modified one in one of my apps and it just happened that someone posted on the image comments that they used it in an andriod app so I think its cool?
