I have a free game that's been available for two weeks and has about 2000 downloads.
After a day it asks the user to write a review (has been clicked about 100 times).
Some of those users may not have submitted a review but the app store lists only 5 (3 from the US) which is a bit low. I also heard from two friends that their reviews didn't show.
Is this 'normal'? Would it make sense to contact support or should I wait a bit longer?
1 in 500 is a general rule of thumb - so while they may be clicking the button, they may think 'can't be arsed now!'. Also, sometimes you get a lull then a load appear all at once...

+1 to what MarkC said - similar stats with my apps.

The entire review system seems to be broken in a lot of ways. As a user, I'm naturally deterred from apps with low amounts of reviews. It's interesting to hear that the general rule is usually one in 500, though.
