Default Can't Review Apps
I have been reviewing apps for my site but also want to review the app on the App Store. I was given promo codes to review the game orginally but when I try to review them on the App Store it says I have to have purchased or downloaded the app before. What is going on?

Try to review them using iTunes instead of iPhone/iPad. It should work with you.

It still will not work. It gives me the same message.

As of 2 days ago you could review apps through promo codes... Not sure if this has changed or what but I even did it on pc and my iphone....
