from what I have seen there are others who have been banned but most of them post just how you have (through an alt identity). There is a lot less shame and you will get a lot more of direct answers if you just say you were banned and want some info.

I think getting banned is something that naturally generates a lot of curiosity. Seems the OP doesn't want to share the reason, at least not yet. I think knowing why the ban occurred is relevant information to answering the question of whether he will get paid.
When someone gets a review rejection and wants help, they always share the reason. Why should a ban be any different?

People don't like dishonesty and false pretenses. And what did I tell you about the language just yesterday? What you sad, even in a stern manner could have been done easily without swearing. You keep pushing it, then when you get banned you come crying that everyone is picking on you.

2. you know, you don't become a good moderator by just watching other people's language. I don't know, who you are or who made you moderator, but don't let it getting into your head, because you are not a good one. Don't take it personally, I am just saying. I managed a few forums by myself with a few hundred active users each, so I know what I am talking about.

1. You whined about being banned. That's the same thing.
2. I'm not here to conduct presidential debates. I watch for spam, bots, bad behavior, misplaced threads, and that's about it. Not exactly rocket science, nor something I'd put on my resume, like you apparently do.
3. For all I know you may like to to take a dump in your plate and then eat it. Your body allows you to do it, so why shouldn't you. What you do at home is up to you, but I'm sure no restaurant would allow you to do that there.
4. Sounds fishy, and he's even editing his posts and changing the info. None of which I as a moderator have a problem with. If he feels that's the best approach to get help, that's his prerogative. Personally, I think an honest approach is always better. EDIT: Oh, and, a lot of members here are publishers/developers, and someone's account getting terminated in most cases is due to some fraudulent practice that other developers frown upon. So the absence of a more than welcoming response from others is understandable. /EDIT
