Default iPhone App for 200 People Max?

Hey guys,

I'm new with iOS development and still have a few months before developing a decent app.

My question is, is there a special way submit an app to the App Store if its only for a small range of people? For example, say I would make an app for a local fantasy league. Say there is about 200 people in the league.

Any advice would help. I tried looking for related articles on google but did not find too much info.

Thanks,

Is that true for all small-scale apps? I am thinking of developing an app for a local organisation and the audience will only be around a couple of hundred at the most. Ad-hoc or enterprise distribution would be impossible as the app is for anyone who has an interest in the organisation, not just members, so I may not know someone who will want to download it.

Would Apple say no to this?

Most likely yes, in their guidelines they say they won't accept apps with too narrow of an audience.
