Radio App - Legal issues?

Hi there,

I've made a radio app, and would like to add digital radio stations from all around the world to it. I'm wondering if there are any legal issues associated with using worldwide random radio stations such as BBC Radio 1, Hot 97 FM , Berkley University...etc..? Are you just allowed to use the digital radio streams in your app (which I intend to sell), or do you think the radio station might object to that in some way?

I think the app is just receiver then I don't think you have any legal issue with broadcast stations.

Not so simple as you use bandwidth (and servers) of radio listened. I had some radios who tell me to remove from directory and others who want % of sells or pass application to free one.
