Quick "In Review" Question

Hey thanks for the help in advance

I had an app that had some of its metadata wrong so I changed it and sent it in again, and it automatically wen back to "In Review" and normally when I do this it takes 30min-2hours and its reviewed again, but now its been 2 days.

Anyone else have this happen? Do I need to reset it and send it all in again?

Do you mean metadata in your info.plist? The metadata you set in iTunes connect doesn't require you to reject your binary.

Anyway, a lot of people have seen that quick reset to "in review" upon resubmission...it seems like it still takes the normal time total to review though (about 6 days currently).

Yes, when I have re-submitted the binary, even though I have seen it go straight back into review, in reality it has gone back to the end of the queue.

Ahh alright guys thanks for your answers that helps I thought it might have been glitches or something, so I guess if still nothing happens by day 7 or 8 I might have to fix something ha.

from what i have summized..

when this happens, it goes back into the queue of the reviewer who rejected it.. if he is in a good mood, you will get it reviewed right away (especially if it was a minor change).

but if he doesn't go and look for it, its in his queue until he gets to it, usually a week.

if you didn't get it reviewed yet, send an email to appreview, be really nice and ask for an update.. most times this gets him to look and approve it (in 1-2 days when they read that email).

I learned when i go right back into review, wait 1 day, send the email (it will take a day for them to read it), and on day 3 you get a response.
