I had a rejection for using an ipad image, although it was used as a button.. ( more apps button ).

An iPad image displaying the app was fine though.. So non functioning image should be ok. Hope this helps.

i don't remember, i signed mine so long ago i don't remember what was in it.

its probably it though. its the only contract i had to actually print, sign and mail. and I had to do it to use the iPhone image on my webpage for the app
