Considering They are close to 600,000 applications and 7,920 are uploaded everyday i doubt they would recognize it.
I assume you got your account terminated because of copyright complaints
Apple at the end of the day does not care,
They just terminate your account to please the copyright holders to make them think they take a serious stance.
They do not care because they make there money selling the Hardware (IPhones/ITouch), The App Store is just a marketing driving force for them to enable customers to purchase more of there hardware.
Last time i read Apple does not make hardly any money from the App Store, They Break Even because they have to pay huge bandwidth cost.
