'Fingerprint Protection Scanner' - the latest scam app to hit the UK appstore. Check out this review - has to be the funniest ever by the Indian review-semibots.

WHY oh WHY aren't Apple policing the top 50 and pulling these shitty little apps that a lot of people are extremely unhappy with?! We can ALL see what's going on - why can't they? Or do they just see it as an excuse to make more $$? Whatever the excuse for letting this crap exist, it's making the appstore look rubbish.

Maybe he was reviewing "Virtual Girlfriend" by mistake. (Or has a "fingerprint fetish")

Pretty much all of the positive reviews will be done by review bots, like the one shown above.

I would at least hope that people would see thru the review... that's one of the stragest I've seen yet.

I looked up 'Fingerprint Protection Scanner' and saw one with the same name but it had 'Prank' on the end of the name.

I think stuff like this will be the downfall of the AppStore, let's hope Apple gets a clue before the system fails.
