I found a new hosting company last May, when hostMCT went down (including their own web site) for 48 hours, and there was no contact at all.
Now, I am trying to contact them because they send me a renewal invoice every single day.
I moved to
MDDHosting - Professional Hosting Solutions and have only had one slow-down, and their support response to that was almost immediate. My site is also faster than hostMCT was.
I have no idea how to contact them - I've tried contact email, clicking their 24 hour support, a support ticket, and mycodeteacher.com.
