getjar is a joke

I am a IOS developer. I ordered the service from getjar and tried to promote my IOS apps.
after few days, there is no single impression or download to one of my top 20 apps on Apple app store.
emailed them several times, no response. called them after a week, one of their guys told me to wait about a week for their decision.
I contacted them 3 weeks later, got response said they could not refund my money but want to sell me something else instead.
this is a ridiculous.
be careful when you dealing with those guys.

Just did a search and they don't mention Apple or IOS anywhere. They probably should have told you that before taking your money.

I'd see if they will give you a free/discounted do-over, and see if you can port some of your apps over to systems they market to.
