Reusing App Name

If I remove an app from sale from the app store, can I submit the same app with exactly the same name in some other account?

In other words - if I remove an app from sale, does this release app's name from the app store so I can reuse it?

You will need to delete the app not just remove from sale.

Might sound obvious, but could you elaborate on how to delete it specifically?

In iTunes Connect remove the app from sale and then some where in there they have a Delete button.

Thanks a lot! I did not realize that the button "Delete app" will show up only after you remove the app from sale.
