App Store Shows New Version, Still Downloads Old Version

I have an app update that was approved today (about 4 hours ago). All of the metadata (name, images, and description) is correct, however the app still downloads the old version. Will this get solved or should I begin to worry?

I'd probably wait at least 24 hours before I got worried. I would though update the description informing users that some features might not be there right away due to the glitch.

I went through this. Genuine ios5 bug likely mixed with development profiles and stuff.

Solution: don't update through update button on app page, use the updates list on the app store app or "update all".
