In App Purchase -> Review?

Hi,

my app is available in the App Store for a few week now. So far the app was only available in German. Last week a submitted a new version which is also localized to English. The new version was approved on Thuesday and has now the status "Pending developer release".

Everything would be fine and I could release that version but there is a problem with the In App Purchase. The App uses a non consumable In App Purchase item which was approved toghether with the first version of the app. Now I have added an English localization (after the current version has been approved) to that IAP which just means that I have translated the title and the description (all together not more than 10 words).

In iTunesConnect this localization has now the label "Pending" and its details the status "Waiting for review".

What exactly will be reviewed here? Will it take as long to review 10 words as it takes to review a complete app?

The IAP item itself hast the status "ready for sale". What would happen if I would release the app now. Would users of the english version be able to purchase the IAP item? Would they just see the German description instead of the English one? Would they get an error message?

Will I get an email notification once the review is complete?

A lot of questions and I have not found an ansewer yet.
