Send some percentage earned on an app to another bank account automatically in iTC?
Hey everyone...
So I and my client agreed on a 40% vs. 60% of the total app's earnings. Now I wonder if it is possible that iTunes Connect will send 40% of the earnings to my bank account and 60% to his bank account.
This is pretty urgent, thanks in advance for the reply.
If you get a response by email, it wont be in at least 7-10 days, possibly more. There's a support line for Europe, located in Ireland I think, you can call them there. All the phone numbers are on the website.
I just can't find them ... when I go into the contact us section I can't get to any emails and phone numbers...
I'd be pretty surprised if they did this. They aren't a bank, Apple is paying YOU the developer. Everything else is up to you.
Where would it stop? What if you have one app that you split 40/60 and another one that you split 30/30/40, and other one that is split 2.5/46/51/0.5? It would be a nightmare for everyone involved.
you can use iTunes Connect or appfigures to see the sales data in real time, if you don't trust eachother. In both you can set up different user types with different accounts to see the same data.
When the money comes, just transfer the ammount to the other guy's bank and that's it.
This is how I do it with all of our partners.
It is a bit work, but even if you are from Slovakia, you can't be that lazy

My guess is probably no. I'd recommend setting up a separate account that is NOT your personal bank account that both parties can have access to. That's really the best solution here.
I had a similar situation with a client, and we then found out that the payment from Apple will only be sent to one BANK account (no PayPal account either) at a time.
Though you can change Bank accounts where the money is to be sent every month. So you can set your Bank account for the 1st month and then his Bank account for the 2nd month, and so on...
...or simply open a joint bank account and let the money come into it. You can then split it any way you like it and redirect the funds to your respective Primary Bank accounts.
