iAd in non US country

I developed App which will be downloaded only from Bulgaria, but it's written that iAds are available just in few countries. So, i want to ask which ad network is best for me ? If i implement iAd, will i get money from iAds?

If your app is only for bulgaria, don't integrate iAd, because it is pointless.
It works only in US, UK, Germany and maybe 1 or 2 other west european countries.

Why would you get money from it, if it is not even available in the country, your app is being used?

So I think that the best network maybe is Mobclix, because they will choose adds which can be showed in that country. Am I right?

iad performance for U.S traffic is very good but if you have global traffic you can try some mediation platforms like adiquity,smaato...
