Want to register as an iOS developer!!

I need expert advise for registering as an apple developer.
i want to develop apps and games for iOS device, but i am from india and i am not able to register directly cause there are not any option for India. and i have not any credit card. i want to pay the fee from my friends Credit card. i want to get advice from the expert that how can i register? Is there any way to use friends credit card and can i register from India?

You can register but I'm not sure if you can use someone else's credit card. Why not just get one? You need a bank account and IBAN anyway.

I have registered using my fathers credit card, so I think you can register using your friends credit card.
Apple does not have online store in India so to get registered they will give you a PDF file where you need to fill payment details and Fax it back to apple.

Did u register as individual or company? if individual then was it in your name or in your own name? and do you need any tax number or other things to submit?
Will u please explain the total process how you do it. please it will be very helpful for me. I am waiting for your reply
