Could someone explain to me how education purchases work?

I just had record sales! 226 copies sold, then realised it was all one education purchase!?

I have collected the ingredients. They were short on the carefully washed russet potatoes but I've substituted sweet potatoes instead. Will you be supplying the timing belt?
