How do you know if your app is in top charts?

I was wondering, is there any way to know if your app is in the top charts of a country or in the top charts of a category, or even displayed on the featured page of a certain country.

Is there any way to know that other than visiting each and every store?

You can also check out where you competitors are ranking. Apple has changed the formula of where apps rank, so I can't guarantee it will match perfectly. But it seems pretty close for my purposes.

I use AppFigures and it works fine. I'm not sure what will happen when my trail runs out, though. I hope the free version allows me to see daily ranking.

I am just wondering where these website get the information. Any API is provided by apple. Anyone can tell me the link I can find the information. Thanks a lot.

IMHO they just scrape the iTunes connect websites.

You can use their RSS feed to get up to the top 400--

Apple - iTunes - RSS Generator

(yes, 400--just edit the URL after you generate it.).
