Problems joining developer programm

Hey people,
we are a team of two german 16 years old and we are working on a facebook app for iphone/ipad.
we recently createt a apple dev account under the name of viktor and then payd the money with my bank account (julius) now apple says there are problems verifieing our identy so i sent them a copy of my identy card.
But i am not 18 so what do you think is going to happen?
do you think i should just ask them to pay me back my money and delete our account so we can create a new one running on the name if viktors dad (because he is over 18).
please help us!

Depending on what the age of majority is where you live. So if it is 18+, then you do need someone over 18 to register the actual account you will be using to distribute your apps, under their name, you could use one of your names, but you may get in trouble.

I know, I am also under the age of majority and want to distribute apps, i'm going to - but I have to use my mom's name. Kind of sucks, right?
