App Store Sales disagree with Flurry or Tapjoy metrics
Hi there,
I have an app that usually sells 20 - 50 copies a day, and I use both Flurry and Tapjoy for analytics. Flurry and Tapjoy always report about the same number of daily new users as iTunes Connect reports sales. This makes sense!
Yesterday both Tapjoy and Flurry recorded 250 new users, while iTunes Connect recorded only 20 sales. My app uses Apple push notifications, and 250 new devices were added to my database yesterday. All this suggests that iTunes Connect is wrong.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Anyone want to venture a guess how this situation could arise?

If you use Flurry, they have some jailbreak-detection stuff in their library. You can check under the Technical section of your app statistics whether the jailbroken count has increased dramatically.
