Default iTC Mobile Login Error

Hi,
I downloaded the iTunes Connect Mobile app for iPad, and my app is on the App Store and selling, but I can't log in to iTC Mobile. I'm the only one in my "company," so of course I should have access to the app. I type in my Apple ID (what's before the @ sign) and iTunes password, but it gives me:

Authentication Error
Your Apple ID or password was entered incorrectly. (-20101)
Maybe I'm just unclear on what the "Account Name" field is asking for. Could someone explain? I haven't found any documentation for this, in the User Guide it only says

iTunes Connect Mobile is an extension of iTunes Connect, as such, new users for iTunes Connect Mobile must be created and managed on iTunes Connect. iTunes Connect Mobile user accounts are refreshed multiple times a day, meaning if you create a new user you may need to wait a number of hours before access to iTunes Connect Mobile is granted. Only Admin, Finance and Sales users can access iTunes Connect Mobile.
Additionally, new users created to use iTunes Connect Mobile must first login to iTunes Connect and agree to the iTunes Connect Terms of Service. You will not be able to access the application unless you agree to the terms.

Thanks for the reply, but still not working.
I'm typing in myemail@gmail.com for Account Name, and my iTunes account password in the Password field.

Does it work when you try to login with it to Member Center at developer.apple.com?

Capitalization matters on the account name. Try all lower case...

Actually, my Apple ID (email address) is all lowercase. Does the password case matter?

Well, I'm typing in my password exactly as I enter it on iTunes Connect (every capital letter is capitalized) but I'm still getting the -20101 error.
Thanks for your input, I hope someone has experienced this and can help me fix it.

sometimes u just have to wait 6 hours and try again. I get errors about 10% of the time i try to log in. my favorite is the "Error - No Error" error message.
