Default itnues connect localization not working?

I uploaded my app in English and added a Janpnese language metadata in the "Manage Localization".

Now my game is ready for sale.

I logged in the iTunes with my Japanese account and searched for my app. and I found my app in English and it reads:

"Language: English"

So, what is going wrong here? Can anybody help me, thanks.

I am having the same problem. Are we missing something here? It seems pretty straight forward in itunesConnect but I don't see my other language text when I switch to another country as well. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thank you in advance.

I'm confused re localisation also. If i view an app that has a French localisation on the French app store, i would expect to see it in French. If I set my devices language to French, I would also expect to see the French version of the app store description regardless of which app store i was viewing. Is that right? Do canadians with their iPhone language set to French see the French app store description in the canadian app store? Or is the language used determined by the countries app store rather than the devices language setting? Is it supposed to be?
