Also if you have multiple apps do they get lumped together as well, so jointly if you make $150 on one and another $150 on another in a territory that would trigger a payment?

Wish it was more simple and just lump the lot together

Apple split the market into 7 regions: US, Canada, Japan, Australia, UK, Europe, and 'Rest of World'. You have to make $250USD in a region to get payment for it. If you don't, then that total is carried over to the next month until you.
The total you make comes from all your app sales for that month. The financial report tallies all your different apps so $150+$150 would qualify.
So if you're lucky and made the minimum in each region, you'd expect 7 payments from Apple for that month.

I'm from Canada and I didn't receive anything from Apple so far.

I was suppose to receive at least 500$ from the USA app store since november.

Did you fill out the USA tax form.. you need to put 000000000 in the tax/ssn # and mail it to them. I had a green checkmark so i thought it was all fine but thats not the case.

I seem to have been a bit quick on saying all was OK with my payments from apple.... :-( I have still not received the transfers from US, EUROPA and WORLD (for September until November) I even got an email from them saying that all the transfers was done in start of and mid December!! The tax info is ok... I have received a US payment for August before.

This is really slow!!
