Rather than getting a few random thoughts around here, I would advise you to look at what's (not) in the store already. It will give you an idea of what has been approved already.

Ah, now I see there is one with the same theme, so it doesn't seem like it will be a problem
If you have realistic violence, it can't be accepted. But that means like actually killing real people/animals.. When it comes to guns, I think they're pretty lenient so you should be fine. As long as it doesn't involve drugs..
