Although I feel for you, I'm not really sure what anyone here can do. Your best bet may be to call Apple Developer Support: Worldwide Telephone Support - Apple Developer

My question to you is, basically, did you do anything fishy? Did you scam the app store or review process in some way?

Wow... strange. $22000 is a lot of money, but if you're really making that kind of money with all those apps, I'd be more worried about getting the whole developer account back rather than just cashing out. That is why I asked that question. . . usually when someone's more focused on getting the revenue from the last month, rather than getting their account back, it's because they know they did something against the rules.

Edit: but if it were me, I would call back tomorrow and harass them until they give me an answer.

Your situation sounds fishy. Why are you asking about the money in your account and not your company and software? Any legitimate business would be worried about their IP and not just a single paycheck...

Sounds like your dev account got banned. Either you did something really bad or it's a mistake. Your best bet is to call developer support, as others have said, if you believe you did nothing wrong.

But to be honest your story sounds sort of fishy to me also. What is the name of some of your apps?

You are loosing $750 a day and you are worried about 1 single payment?
And you just "call" tomorrow?

If you are for real I'd call every minute... Forget the day...

More than 40 apps and you have more than 10 in line?! That's a lot.

Did you read the App Store Review Guidelines? Notice point 2.20:

Quote:
Developers "spamming" the App Store with many versions of similar apps will be removed from the iOS Developer Program

I'm very liberal and I think Apple's review standards are strict, but if I was a reviewer that would definitely be tagged as spamming the store.

Not unless he somehow cheated... How do they cheat, I'm curious?

One way I can think of is stealing people's itunes login/passwords. Let's say the app pops up something asking for the user to login, some users do enter their login/password and the app phones home. That's it. Then the dev purchases his own apps through these users' accounts. Then the angry users contact Apple, then Apple figures out, withholds the payments, bans the dev, removes the app, refunds users. The dev complains on forums..

I don't know... This is just one possible scenario...

It's not for spamming. Look at Brighthouse Labs - they got thousands. Apple simply rejects the new app and asks the dev to incorporate new features into the existing apps. Apple bans the devs for something more serious.
