how to update icon when app is on sale?

Hello,

One of our apps is on sale (i.e. price is less than usually).
We wish to put a badge with word SALE on our icon, like other developers do. How to achieve this?

Is it enough to upload an image (512x512) with badge to Current Version->Images->large icon in iTunes Connect, right?

When the change of icon will take the effect? I guess in about 3-4 hours, right?
