Personal info different from billing info

Hi, I was about to enroll to iOS developer program, but I couldn't make it.
The thing is that I don't own a credit card, my friend does and I'll use his.
The thing is that I filled-in the form, and when I was asked for the billing info I put his, but it updated my personal info as well!. Back to update my personal info to correct the data, my first and last name fields are readonly. I can modify any other personal setting, but not any of these.
I've sent an e-mail to Apple support, but they haven't replied me yet.
I want to know if it's necessary that I, as an individual developer, need to own a credit card in order to enroll the program.
However, how am I suppose to change now my personal info?.
