What happens when a user reports a problem with our app?

I was wondering what happens when a user reports a bug ("Report a problem" button in the App Store app). I recently realized I have never received any message by Apple coming from my users, so I decided to do a test and reported a fake problem to one of my apps (I made sure to select "This application has a bug"), and I haven't received anything about it. So does Apple just accumulate these bug reports or what?

Never received one either, but you can look into iTunes Connect. Manage your applications. Your app. View details.

There is a crash log link in the top middle. Maybe there is a bugreport link too, if you get a bug report.

I don't know, if it is so, I'm just shooting into the dark.

I've never gotten anything from Apple like that, either.
