Default iLife Audio Loop in App?

Hi,

Quick question (I hope)...

I have an audio file that I got with iLife (not sure whether I got it with '11 or '10 - I don't think it matters) and I want to know whether I can use it in my app to loop as the menu audio?

It's 38 seconds long and is an Apple made loop.

I'm not too sure on the rules of copyright so thought it best to ask the pros

Regards,

Dan

That's probably not a good idea. Even if it's unlikely that anyone would notice, my gut reaction would be to find a royalty free loop somewhere else. I'm not an IP lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that the loops in iLife are Apple's copyright.
