Apple image copyright within app ..

Hey all,

A dutch Apple Premium Reseller wants to publish a iPad magazine which contains Apple related images (official PR content). The application is developed and submitted by some other company but wasn't approved during it's review proces. In The Netherlands, APRs are allowed to use these kind of images when applying the guidelines from Apple Netherlands. Does anyone know what the guidlines are for using Apple related images (naming copyrights etc) within a application? Or does anyone know who to contact Apple europe for this proces?

This application will only be available in The Netherlands.

i have an app running showing the text of an old apple ad, but in other letters an no apple image(like logo,iphone,ipad) showing up, by the way this app is free and funny ! Concerning logos,product infos or even names they are very strict ! For example an ipad only screenshot for ITC should not show up the word iPad even if it is show on the real hardware device - you have to remove it to get it approved ! Apple is very strict concerning trademark issues, you will not be allowed to use logos without paying for it and they allowed the use !
Best way to contact is: call Apple Munich or Apple US in Cupertino they may help you further !

Even if i just use a small logo saying that's an APPLE app aproved?

yes even than !! Have you ever recognized the movies or soups,where they use apple computers in their sets? Sometimes they paste over the big white apple logo f.e. at the mac books - why, because they want to save money ! If you commercial use the Apple logo even for a second, you have to pay apple ! That's the reality...
