We recently uploaded to the apple store the game above, we are confident that we don't violate any copyright concerning Tetris, but, what is your opinion?.

Strictly speaking (mathematical), our primitives to build the pieces are not tetrominoes, besides that the board has cylindrical shape, which gives a very different game dynamics.

Well, the Tetris claim is not valid in law (not that it matter unless you have the lawyers to fight it) but you are using the Space Invader image which IIRC is a trademark and you can't use without permission.

I don't think you will get i trouble. Take a look at this crash down game. They haven't got in trouble. The game is very similar to tetris but still not exactly the same - it's the same story with yours.

I think your game looks very cool.
