Really?
With admob I get about 5 times higher eCPM in Europe than in US.

Well every app is different but yes this is true in general. A particular app might have more ad focus because it's more relevant to that country's advertiser message.

Yes October invoices are going out. If you're having issues please email me: Adam (at) Mobclix (dot) com.

Default Lied to by Mobclix support

Mobclix is late in paying me.

I contacted support and received a response from Jennifer Sheu that payment would be made within one week.

After a week passed, I contacted them again. Now she tells me that they don't know when payment will be made.

Working with Mobclix is frustrating enough, but I really don't appreciate being LIED to!!

All we hear is talk about improvements that are going to be made... new dashboard... new payment system... etc. It's obviously all talk.

Developers - save yourself some frustration and stay away from Mobclix.

Hold the phone, nobody's lying here.
Holiday schedules have delayed payments a bit, payments are going out but they're even more delayed than normal.

The improvements aren't talk either. Ask anyone, things have gotten better, it may require an email exchange but you're not ignored.

We expect things to be completely fixed next month. Please continue to have patience!

Developers, stop listening to MobClix excuses.

Who cares WHY you haven't been paid on time... the fact is, you haven't been paid.

If it was a one-time thing then maybe cut them some slack. But their payment problems are consistent.

Actually I beg to differ. People are getting consistent payments now. As I've said before, you simply need to get in touch with me.

Listen, I'm not making excuses, anything standing in the way of payments is a huge issue. But know payments are coming and know we're ARE working on it and will have a solution sometime next month.

You mad?!

Maybe some of the less business inclined developers on these forums would take a random rant as legitimate reasoning for making a decision, but personally, I'm using Mobclix and the eCPM is quite a bit higher than others. Personally, I'm willing to sacrifice a little time waiting for payments in order to get higher payments.

What it seems like to me is that Mobclix may have gotten a little too big a little too fast, and is scrambling to redo parts of their system in order to work the kinks out. The fact that they are on these forums answering your questions/concerns directly is superb customer support.

Default Paid by Mobclix

Adam at Mobclix was able to push a payment through for me.

Thanks, Adam.

Yes, I accused Mobclix of lying... and that is my point of view when I'm told directly by their support that I will be paid within a certain time period and it doesn't happen. Adam sees it differently, and that's his opinion.

He also outlined some changes that they are working on. I'm hoping that they are implemented, because they will be able to give all other ad networks a run for their money.

If so, I may give them another chance.
